"ART means for me to deal with one's thoughts and feelings, to reflect on them and to get an idea for one's own needs and the needs of the other person. A.R.T. also gives me a reflection basis to recognize and understand my personal ways of acting and inner thought processes."
"I gain a whole new understanding and appreciation for the situations I encounter and the people I work with. A.R.T. is truly an art that opens up unexpected perspectives and approaches to my professional and personal life."
"In A.R.T's course, we are all valued as individual people. Everyone brings their own specific stories to the courses and so we learn with and from each other."
"In a completely new way, we learn to think about very fundamental questions: Why do people act the way they do? Where do emotions come from and what is their purpose? As a result, I'm learning a different way of thinking, a philosophy of life that helps me understand myself and others better."
"One of the things I like so much about the A.R.T. course is that the way it imparts knowledge and the way it teaches us deviates from classic, rigid methods and instead gives us a free and comfortable learning environment where there is plenty of room for co-creation and personal stories."
"A.R.T. is a very unique way of relating to each other. I find it so exciting because I've worked in the nursing field in acute psychiatry, and A.R.T. gives me completely new insights and information about people for this profession that I didn't know before."
